NH Collection Palermo Palazzo Sitano

The people at the front desk were pleasant enough. However, the bar service was incompetent and inconsistent. Breakfast was helter skelter. The wait staff seems reluctant to make eye contact. There was no mattress pad on the bed and a simple sheet between me and the mattress was off-putting. The shower was dangerously slippery. It was a terrible disappointment.

Great location and very comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious and a wide variety of items available. Staff were very helpful

It is a nice secure hotel. The room was modern, clean but unfortunately very dark with not a nice view. The breakfast selection could be better. good location and reasonable price though!

There is a poor selection for breakfast. My room was very dark with no view out of the window. The hotel is very well situated.

Need to find a way to fix parking. Maybe have a motor cart to bring bags from parking garage to hotel.

Very modern hotel. Safe, Clean rooms, friendly staff, cannoli (and other healthy food) for breakfast! The street where the hotel is located (Via Vittorio Emanuele) is designated for pedestrians. Free parking is a few blocks away in the port. The hotel will let you know where free/pay parking is. If you want to explore Palermo on foot, this hotel is ideally situated.

I didn't like the food and they were not cooperative and flexible

The room was very noisy as if you were staying on the street. Couldn’t sleep till 4 in the The staff was not very helpful some of them were even very arrogant.

Nearby access to a variety of fantastic local foods, both dining and pantry staples, are a huge bonus. Some neighborhood restaurants can be tourist traps, but many of the family owned places offer the best seafood and pasta you will have anywhere. Staff were friendly and the hotel bar is a good place to start the evening.

The location is Great . Room was extremely warm to try sleep air conditioning didn’t seem to be great maybe I couldn’t work it properly.
