NH Collection Palermo Palazzo Sitano

After experiencing their wonderful property in Taormina, this hotel was a big letdown. The staff was unfriendly and at times outright rude. Access is very inconvenient—there’s no way to arrive by car, and guests are left to walk at least three blocks with luggage, as the hotel offers no assistance or service to help. Yes, it’s on the main street in Palermo, but that’s about the only positive. Breakfast was just average with limited options, and the night staff in particular were unhelpful and unpleasant. Overall, not what I expected from an NH Collection property.

Great location in the heart of Palermo. Wonderful staff dedicated to making your stay a pleasure. If you are bringing a car, be prepared and plan ahead around a challenging parking situation.

NH Palermo great position to explore the old city of Palermo, fell in love with Palermo! Greeted by friendly staff especially Valentina who was a pleasure to deal with! Rooms beautifully presented and clean, love the NH Hotels always great standard!

My wife and I spent two happy weeks in Old Town Palermo and stayed at NH Hotel, which is a nice one at the ocean front. Excellent breakfast where Martina, Leo and other staff made us feel at home. Palermo offers a lot history and culture - and could be reached by foot. Central Station is nearby and other towns along the cost can easily be reached. Hans, Denmark

What a lovely hotel. I love my balcony view. They made sure all was running perfect for me there. Made feel really good. Left with great memories.

Excellent hotel ,well situated lovely staff. Breakfast lovely ,shame there was no sauna open ,but really nice place to stay . Reception ladies delightful

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service, first class amenities and situated in a great location. We visited with my parents to celebrate their 80ths and we had wonderful rooms with balconies and they couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was varied and had something for everyone. Area is lively so ask for a room at the back if you’re concerned about noise but if not balcony rooms are beautiful. Nice vintage antique market on the doorstep on Sundays. If you’re looking for a great street with bars visit Via Alessandro Paternostro 5 mins walk away.

Loved it! Very convenient spot

We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Palazzo Sitano! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, which made it easy to explore the city on foot. Our room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of sweet and savory options. The service was impeccable, the staff was always attentive and helpful. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!
