Our experience was made truly memorable thanks to Claudio’s outstanding service. He always welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. He memorised our needs and anticipated them before we even asked, was attentive, professional and went out of his way to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. Claudio’s combination of friendliness and efficiency left us feeling genuinely looked after. Thanks Claudio, for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had a lovely stay overall, but what truly stood out was the amazing service from Claudio. From the very first day, he was incredibly kind, attentive, and always had a smile on his face. He made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of, which made a big difference in our experience. Every morning he remembered our preferences and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. You could tell he really cares about his job and the people he’s serving. In a place where everything else was great, Claudio was definitely the highlight of our stay. Loved my room with the balcony!

Located on one of the main walking streets, we had easy access to all the primary sightseeing locations of the city, all within walking distance of the Hotel. The staff was wonderfully nice. When we checked in we were offered a glass of complimentary prosecco each, and kindly escorted to our room with our luggage transported for us. Several of the afternoons we spent some time at the 3rd floor terrace bar, where our wonderful waiter Danilo, took great care to comfort us, with wonderfully mixed drinks, great snacks for the table, and an overall service-minded and positive attitude. Thank you to nh Collection for another wonderfult stay in Italy, to the staff for their nice service and approach, and especially to Danilo, for making our drinks and card game sessions memorable.

Beautiful hotel.

This hotel was even better than I expected. The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of everything. My room was beautiful, amenities plentiful and breakfast in the morning had everything you could ever want. The staff was exceptional and helped me with anything I needed, especially Claudio and Maria! Will definitely be back!

NH Collection Palermo was fantastic! Perfect location, welcoming and helpful staff, and a beautifully comfortable room. The only minor drawback was parking, but everything else more than made up for it. Highly recommend!

My stay was amazing right when I walked into the door. Amazing atmosphere amazing room with a balcony. Breakfast was something Ive never seen before. Top notch.claudio’s service is the best. The front desk is extremely helpful especially Augosto. He helped out so much.
