Amazing service - Augustino at the front desk, Claudio and Danilo at breakfast were amazing. Great location too. The only issue we faced were a few mosquitos in the room - the hotel needs to find a way to address it. Overall? We would love to come and stay again.

We chanced upon this hotel at the end of our vacation in Palermo. It's in a perfect location in town, walking distance to major historical attractions. Unfortunately, we didn't get to stay here because we found it too late, but Leonardo at the front desk allowed us to check out several rooms for future visits. Everything looked new, clean and beautiful. We passed on this information to some people we later met in Agrigento and so they booked it for themselves as Palermo was their next stop. I'm sure it met with their approval. Thank you to Leonardo, and also to Matteo at the bar who set us up with some great cocktails and sandwiches. We appreciate your hospitality.

The hotel was fabulous. Great location. The staff were always happy to help. Very friendly. Big shout out to Agostino, he made us feel very welcome. We had a three night stay in May 2025. Check in was easy and after a small glitch in the room we were immediately moved to another room on the same floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as a jumping off point. Only element missing might be a nice spot outdoors for an evening or happy hour beverage (rooftop or outside in front of the hotel).

The hotel was excellent. It is located on a bust, dirty street which was quite loud well into the night 2am and later.

The hotel is very well located. You can for sure just walk anywhere. It was a bit tricky to find it, as we were driving from mainland and the hotel is located right in middle of the historical centre where cars are not allowed. But the hotel receptionist arranged for someone to come, pick up the car and park it. Breakfast is well served, with options of hot and salty food (as in Italy breakfast is mostly sweet). Rooms are very comfy and air worked well in one of the rooms. We were staying in a family joint room (family of 4). The room my kids were in didn't have a bed, but a sofa roll out bed. It was not comfortable to them (2 big teens sharing). I don't understand why they didn't have a bed, as the room was huge and it could easily fit 2 queens . The room had Frescos ceilings ( ceiling hand painted decorations) all around the ceiling in both rooms. It seemed that it was restored during the renovation. I have never seem something quite like it in all the hotels rooms I have stayed around the world. It was very special. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it said on its description that they had laundry, but in reality they didn't. It was a paid service laundry. So we had to find somewhere to do laundry. The last thing is that I didn't find the hotel very clean. The floors inside the rooms were of dark wood and it was possible to see dirt.

The hotel is very convenient for the historic centre of Palermo also an easy walk to Centrale rail station (we went on to Rome by train after our stay). Room was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable but slightly disorganised (had run out of knives at one point on both mornings and plates on one) but the setting, a room clearly part of the old palace with a high arched ceiling, also good coffee individually made, more than made up. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful particularly when we needed help finding the starting point of the free walking tour (fully recommended by the way). We would go back..
