Great location, a pleasure to stay at

Wonderful room, super clean, comfortable bed, perfect pillows. Reception staff super friendly and very helpful they answer the reception phone 1 seconds. Big variety for breakfast, coffee fantastic as always. Cannot wait to return!

Great hotel & friendly staff! Stayed here with my husband & 2 kids (10 & 8) and we loved it. Rooms were clean and the hotel was very nice. We had the best sleep as the rooms are nice and dark and the beds were very comfy. My kids loved the pool when the afternoons were too hot to walk around & we wanted to cool off before heading out again. We ended up having breakfast a couple of mornings and it was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, we had a nice stay. The staff was very warm & welcoming. We opted to stay in a Jr Suite, which was quite nice. And, unlike all of the other hotels we stayed in while visiting Palermo, this one has decent WiFi and exceptional air conditioning. My only complaint is that the gym and steam room are not currently operational, despite their website claiming otherwise. It is highly likely that we would stay here again, just wish they had an honest/accurate website.

Such a beautiful hotel with all the luxury you would need to enjoy a wonderful Anniversary celebration trip. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The cleanliness of this hotel superb and most importantly the service is impeccable! We’ve especially have enjoyed the breakfast staff who had served our needs during our stay here at this hotel.

This is a really lovely hotel in an amazing street in Palermo. It’s made up from three properties one of which was a monastery. The staff are really lovely the breakfast was excellent and the air conditioning was superb which was fabulous as the temperature was so high. We did the bus tour and visited the cathedral which was amazing. We also did the Mafia tour which was fascinating.

Claudio is attentive and goes above and beyond to help. NH hotel is lucky to have a server like him. He helped with everything we needed without asking. We never had to ask for any help. He would anticipate our need. Agostino is a true gem. He continually helped us with anything we needed. From the first moment he was friendly and made check in very easy. Any questions we had about our stay he was more than happy to help us with true professionalism. He is the star of the hotel. I have enjoyed staying at this NH Collection hotel.

All the staff at the hotel are so amazing, attentive and helpful. Agostino is absolutely great and helped us with everything we asked. Claudio at the bar is so fantastic. This hotel is so clean, great location, fantastic breakfast. We had the best experience. Best stay in Palermo! Will be back again!

Our stay at Nh Collection Palazzo Sitano has been amazing so far. We’ve been here for two days, and are staying for five. So far the breakfast has been more than satisfactory, with a large variety of fresh fruits, pastries, yoghurts, eggs etc. The decor of this hotel is phenomenal, and the staff has made us feel very welcome. We’ve booked a premium room, and it did not fail to meet our expectations. But most of all, I’m writing this review to praise Matteo, who has given us amazing service, and made the most delicious drinks! We ended up ordering three drinks each, even though we were only planning on getting one. 🥴

Great location with a clean and welcoming environment. Excellent morning buffet after a great nights sleep.
