Guests may trade out dirty towels/linens at reception. Guests planning to arrive after 20:00 must contact the resort prior to arrival to go over the late check in procedures, as the office will be closed after 20:00. Please Note: Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please note: There is a USD 10.00 per day Resort Fee collected upon booking. Please note: Bathrooms with grab bars are available on a first come first serve basis and must be reserved by calling the property directly. I think this area is absolutely beautiful but the unit that we were staying in was in bad need of remodeling and updating. It also didn't help that the hot water heater was on the fritz and we couldn't get a hot shower. Even though we prepaid for 2 nights... we left after just one. It was disappointing.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The pool was great and I like they had games to take back to the rooms.

Beautiful location and scenery... The only negative is there was no on site vending ,machines or options, and it was a 10 minute drive to a local store.

We loved the huge condo space and multiple sleeping areas. The decor is definitely dated but I found all the spiral stair cases charming, and everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was great and the game room in the main building was a life saver! We had some sick kids and they helped us get what we needed. Also, the signage was great. I had a navigation fail and no signal and was panicking we would never find the place but the large signs clearly marked our way.

"Peaceful Fall Getaway"

Our unit had 3 levels - main floor had kitchen, living room, deck & 1/2 bath. Upstairs had loft with plenty of room for kids to play board games or hang out. Downstairs had two bedrooms with 2 full baths and a deck outside the master bedroom and a concrete patio outside the 2nd bedroom. Looks like it would sleep up to 8 people but we had only 2. Plenty of room. Wood fireplace too (living room)

"Great Exeperience!"

We loved every bit of this place and every minute of our stay. Check in staff (Serene) was friendly, professional, and had a great attitude! The duplex we stayed in (#11) was comfortable, clean, kitchen was very well appointed with all sorts of gadgets and cooking implements - we didn't need to ask for anything more. We had a super time and are planning on making this one of our favorite weekend getaway hang outs! Thank you Mountain Retreat Resort and special thanks to Serene for making us feel so welcome and comfortable!
