Chantillys on the Bay

everything was good.

Ok property , walking up 2 flights of steps to our room with heavy bags of as not great:( water pressure very low

First time at Chantilly's. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff is uniformly excellent and friendly.

Staff are the best thing at Chantillys. They are so kind and gracious and helpful. Food for our workshop was really good and the staff was very helpful if we needed anything during our meeting. Pool is lovely and the views are superb. The room was also comfortable.

Food fabulous. Great views in the restaurant and great staff. Sometimes no one at reception when needed. Maybe a little bell. Close to town. Rooms a bit run down but understandable. Longer cord on iron. Beautiful views from room. Will stay again. Good rates. Thankyou

Far from what it looked like on the website, this place is very very tired, bathrooms are grubby, sliding doors on balconies don’t work. It’s grim.

Manager is so helpful, restaurant facilities is good . Very clean room. Helpful staff. I would recommend everyone.

Great location easy walk into main part of Port Vila. Loved catching the mini buses that go past the front if you want to travel a little further and didn't feel like walking, look for the B on the number plate and it will cost 150 VT each way. The apartment was large with a kitchen, but lacked cooking utensils. Reception did manage to give us a frypan and saucepan for us to use when asked so that was helpful. The pool was lovely, a couple of times tried to get someone's attention to order a drink or snack but it didn't happen. The Banyan bar next door that is associated with Chantilly's was excellent, great atmosphere and lovely staff. Happy hour was a winner. Clearly some of the staff lacked experience which did show in some areas, I'm sure in time this will improve. Overall we enjoyed our 7 day stay and look forward to returning to Vanuatu.
