Chantillys on the Bay

Lovely people, stunning view. The staff make this property work as they're all lovely to interact with. The same can't be said of the bathroom, it needed a good scrub sadly. The restaurant was nice with good food & the pool is great to dip in. Overall an okay hotel for a midrange price in an expensive hotel/resort market. Paul is a great help with tours and a cheerful man at breakfast as were all staff we encountered. The bed was also very comfortable.

Hotel is in great location, right on the waterfront. It is an easy flat walk to town and to several local restaurants and beach side bars. Staff at the hotel are very helpful and most welcoming. But the rooms in the hotel are tired and very run down.

Simple and basic, but good enough to stay few nights for work. Some staff are friendly and kind and some are not. Hope the reception has staff at least from morning to evening like until 9pm. Nobody was at the reception when I called the reception and this happened during the entire time in my stay for a week. Please refill amenities as these were provided on the first day. House keeping service was good but did not fill amenities every time they clean my room. Hope to see a better service and staff next time! Generally satisfied but you can be a lot better if you can improve some!

Arrived at the hotel only to be told we had been moved to another hotel without explanation. The new room wasn't ready when we arrived and as it was already 9pm which meant we only got a few hours sleep until our early flight in the morning. They also refused to provide us with transfer to the airport in the morning which cost us more than double due to the new hotel being much further away. Instead they simply told us to ring a taxi. A disappointing failure in customer service and basic communication skills for a 4-star hotel.

The staff were very helpful and always cheerful and willing to do more to satisfy.

Loved the view. few things were a bit broken - toilet seat and towels were a bit old and shabby - but clean

Lovely staff and great views across the bay. Appreciated the room upgrade! Very central with easy walking to town. Unfortunately the traffic noise interrupted the serenity, but this was not a deal breaker (I was the closest room to the road (rm 1), so it may not be an issue in other rooms). Some smaller issues - pool cleaned one day so couldn't be used (easy solution is to clean overnight...), safe instructions didn't match operation, sliding doors a bit clunky, please replace dish washing brush! Overall a good mid-range hotel.

the loction was good staff were good ..especially Tony in the restaurant he was so helpful advising us about buses to take and tours ..he was amazing. Had to remind desk staff a few times about things not working like telephone and t.v . i found the man on the desk was helpful but not the lady .. showers run way to poorly

location was good, great gift shop, nice breakfast. Had 2 more nights in Vila but didnt go back as didnt fancy an early departure and 2 flights of stairs to try to contend with quietly! room could do with a refurb but OK

staff was excellent with there chores and friendly. The swimming pool was awesome and clean and on hot days was a plus.kitchen faucet and basin faucet seriously need urgent maintenance also ranch slider.
