Great location, nice friendly staff, cool pool, wonderful restaurant

Great location, fabulous views over the bay, comfy bed, excellent shower, efficient air conditioning, helpful friendly staff. Was a lone female traveller and felt safe and secure at all times during my week-long stay. This accommodation met my every need and I recommend it thoroughly if you are not expecting 4 or 5 star luxury. To cap it off, I got a great deal through Expedia which resulted in a saving of 50 per cent. Could use a a lick of paint here or there but since I am not a fussy person, this didn't bother me.

Modern, friendy staff, in particular Saky. Big room, great air-con.

2 night stay was more than enough. No atmosphere. Dated room. Pool ok but when you have the sea next to you you cant swim in it as a government ban because of problem in the ocean there. Not a place for kids as the ones we saw there looked bored rigid. Port Vila leaves a lot to be desired.

Old building, not very clean. but nice beach bar .

My family are very satisfied with the hotel. The staff were kind and all facilities were well maintained. Minor priblem is some begger who tried to beg for money. I recommend you to stay this hotel.

Do not book this hotel! It is incredibly rundown and very dirty. Our bedsheets had yellow stains on them, our towels were filthy dirty with black marks on them, the property had exposed wiring everywhere and there were broken windows by the pool. We only stayed one night in the property and moved out the next day as we were concerned for the health and safety of our children and ourselves. The pictures advertising the hotel are very deceptive, they make it look 1000 times better than it actually was. We moved to a stunning apartment complex called The Terraces, which was beautifully maintained and exceptionally well run.

When we arrived we were told that they were still renovating and no room was available and they had transferred our booking to another hotel. Not happy! We chose this hotel due to its location and the hotel they transferred us to was out of town and not within walking distance to the Main Street which is what we wanted.
