This is one of the few properties where you can actually get everything you need: shopping, amazing food, spas, great service, and an epic pool area. When people are looking to have a great poolside experience, they come to Chapung Sebali whether you're a guest or not. I will definitely be back next year.

All the public areas are beautiful as is the Location, the gardens, Spa area and the pool are beautiful the Villas are a tad quirky. The staff are exceedingly helpful. There are lots and lots of steps because of its mountainside location. It also offers a day pass for the pool which is a great way to spend a day before your flight home.

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and surprised to find the room had been “upgraded” to one with a pool despite that we were initially looking to stay in a room with just a balcony. This made us very happy and added to our experience. The staff were some of the froendliest people that we came across theoughout our 10-day stay in Bali. The breakfast was awesome and a variety to choose from. On entering our room we found a beautiful swan-love towel structure that wowed us. The large pool area was nicely overlooking the forest. The hotel was clean and all the staff were always smiling and being helpful. The only thing that we were upset about was the special food service at the Jungle Fish Restaurant which is part of this hotel as we ended paying around rp1,500,000 which we later compared with other places that we visited and realised how expensive it was. Besides from this we had a great experience and Joe, the guy that looked after us was very helpful. I would definitely recommend visiting and would probably visit again if I go to Bali.
