Very nice, close to all points of interest in Bowness on Windermere. Very spacious and comfortable accommodation.

The dirt dropping off the trees next to parking mostly when very windy.

Owners were so welcoming and friendly , Located in a perfect place close to the lake and all the bars and restaurants literally within a five minute walk . Clean and comfy , the breakfast is amazing and you get a lot.

Property had good parking. Friendly staff. Food was class. Room was just what we needed for our stay.

The tv in the room was a bit outdated but that wasn’t much of an issue in all honesty. The shower did lose a bit of pressure here and there but not to a point that it was a major issue.

"Loved the location, easy to walk into the town. Recommend the hotel."

Hotel was excellent, staff very friendly and made you feel welcome. Breakfast was very nice. Will definitely recommend the hotel and hope to return again one day.
