Nose and the coffee was horrible in the room. Breakfast was not ready on time but that’s fine I didn’t have kids with me.

The carpet is dirty and torn. The floor underneath is lumpy. The floor tiles inbthe kitchen and especially the bathroom are cracked and loose. The couch is dirty, sagging and old. The elevator is small, and old, and you can feel it slipping. That was really concerning. Broken glass window at the pool. They put $50 on my card for incidentals, I'm heading down there for a credit.

Socially, there's nothing to do in Alvarado I had to get my card scanned probably 10 times even though I was there for a week and it should've been done to begin with and stayed that way. They were doing a lot of maintenance probably because they are getting ready to make big improvements There's bird shit all over the place outside the hotel

I am not sure what has happened with Holiday Inn. The quality has gone down. When I was younger, you could book a stay with Holiday Inn and feel confident that the Hotel would be of good quality, clean and well kept. However, the past few times I have stayed at Holiday Inn, it has not been up to my expectations. We encountered a few issues: the toilet seat was very loose and would slide all over the place while sitting in it. The toilet would not flush very well, the shower had what looked like mold in the corner, the bathroom sink faucet was loose and difficult to operate, and the carpet was torn in several places. The common area smelled terrible. The breakfast was about average for all of the Holiday Inns that I have stayed at. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all of our needs. It was a great location to where we needed to be.

Absolutely nothing.

The suite was filthy, had roaches, and damage. The pulled out bed was stained with blood & pee, molded, and ripped.

I heard the person beside me checking in and they asked him why he was in Alvarado, thought it was weird but brushed it off until they asked me and were persistent that I told them. Kinda felt like a breach of something like I’m just getting a hotel for a night.
