We were staying there for an annual university friends reunion. The hotel and the rooms are perfectly clean and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately we did not have the chance to use the thermal pools but they looked very good. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.

The location was great and the nature was beautiful behind the hotel. It’s close to the city center! They got delicious breakfast and with some traditional options such as Su boreği👌 Great spa and thermal pools!

The property needs renovation! Excluding the Spa and the lobby area which looks new! Otherwise its clean 👍

The place is wonderful. The facilities are fantastic.

The bed was not as comfortable as expected.

Thermal facilities were great, although one of the outdoor pools was closed during our stay. Spa center is full of activities and different rooms. The staff working in the spa part was kind, although they were not clear about giving any rules or explanations. We also ordered a room service, and I would definitely recommend because food is great and it arrives within 10 minutes to your room, prices are also solid. We enjoyed breakfast as well, it had many different choices. It was very rich and you could definitely find everything you need for a breakfast. Room and hotel in general is very clean.

Location is a little bit remote, meaning if you don't have any type of vehicle, it will be uncomfortable to get to urban parts of Balçova or Izmir. I also think the staff should be more informative when you first arrive, or at least there should be more informative cards in the room about facilities and rules. The furniture in the rooms is a bit out-dated. For a 5 star hotel, I think it should have more modern interior design to be able to be more equivalent to other 5 star hotels.

Well past its glory days - but determined with to try and cling on to past glories through blinging out the atrium. Rooms are very tired and in need of a thorough overall - be prepared for non smoking room to reek or smoke. Large but expensive overly buffet available for dinner - room service good but high priced for what it is - breakfast disappointing and primarily bread and pastries: Would benefit from adding more hot western options and a barista.
