Staff ambience location cleanliness extremely great

Outdoor pool handle bar has not met health and safety standards at all. Bottom plate of hand part that fitted to pool base has a sharpe edges which caused my right foot little finger bleeding. Staff extremely helpful special thankx to miss Melda and Saba. However, I requested accident report but not received also not a compensation offered. They will met with my solicitor in this case.

This hotel was excellent. Very clean, modern and excellent spa, Hammam and massage services. Indoor and outdoor thermal pools. Food service was excellent. Perfect breakfast buffet. I want to especially thank Berna with customer relations. She is so pleasant and engaging. She truly cares about the guests, talks with everyone, fixes problems and makes you feel special. I have traveled all over the world and have never seen someone better at her job. Thank you Berna!

Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Besonders Frau Berna von der Gästebetreuung möchte ich hervorheben: Auf meine Bitte nach einem weicheren Kissen hat sie sofort reagiert und mir orthopädische Kissen organisiert. Zusätzlich bekam ich einen Obstkorb und Süßspeisen aufs Zimmer , ein wirklich sehr aufmerksamer und herzlicher Service. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Kaya Team!

Im Hallen- bzw. Thermalbad besteht Kappenpflicht, was ich völlig in Ordnung finde. Leider haben sich viele Gäste nicht daran gehalten. Hier wäre es wünschenswert, wenn das Personal regelmäßiger kontrollieren und stärker darauf achten würde, dass die Regel auch eingehalten wird.
