The reception area was comfortable and stunning. The location suited our business needs.

The staff were not friendly. We had to remind them three times to bring the drinks that we had ordered. We tried to pay for our drinks but they did not understand and finally the waitress threw her arms up in exasperation saying "Reception" and walked off! We tried to explain to the gentleman on reception that we simply wanted to pay for our drinks, he did not understand either and finally we gave up trying. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I fell so hard entering the pool because the pool steps have no grip and are extremely slippery. I landed on my back and could not breathe as my diapragm went into spasm. Thankfully 2 ladies at the poolside helped me out when I had recovered sufficiently, there were no staff around. There was no handrail at my side of the pool and later I went around the other side to see if i could use the handrail but is was metal and so hot it could not be used. We witnessed another person slipping and falling in the same way. In the UK, steps into a pool are slip resistant. I am back home still in terrible pain.

Great staff, beautiful facilities and location. Wide range of open buffet breakfast and tasty a la carte restaurant. Next to a beautiful forest hike path and outdoor/indoor thermal pools. Strongly recommended.

Being in the warm pool under the rain late at night was phenomenal. Open buffet is not a bad one. Staff is nice and easy.

Mandatory hair cap use in the pools is so uncool, discomfortable and intimidating. Biege, brown and travertine interior around the pools form 90s is tired and outdated. 41°C smaller pools (so called jakuzi) are men/women seperated which is so unnecessary. They absolutely need support from a lighting design er.
