Very comfortable hotel. Lovely breakfast. Good value for money.

Rooms are chalet style a bit tight for space inside but o.k for short stays and close to the NEC of which we used it for. Its basically someones house with the chalet style rooms in the back garden. Ours was en suite bathroom. Despite other reviews our TV worked perfectly. Breakfast you walk through the kitchen in the house to the dining area and breakfast was cooked perfectly. the land lady very friendly and got to meet the famous dog on arrival. Very friendly dog. I had an Expedia voucher so price was reasonable. Might be a but high price but still very nice all the same. Even though its expensive I would still recommend this place to others to stay.

5 minutes to Birmingham Airport and NEC with taxi/Uber. Compact but clean with a massive breakfast! Good value.

It is a nice place but the twin bed is not recommended for all. One big bed with good mattress may not pain the backside like I experience. Nice staff and clean place, heating good. It is very ok outside the bed issue.

A quirky, in a nice way, B&B. The rooms are chalet type accommodation nicely appointed and the breakfast was great. The owner directed me to a lovely Gastro Pub only 5 min drive away with excellent food and service at a reasonable price.

Pleasant guest house, rooms are outside, individual log cabin type. Very short walk to main house for breakfast. The room was pleasant enough, en suite facilities, to, coffee etc and microwave. Nice and warm too. This is clearly someone's home asyou walk through the family kitchen with obvious signs of ongoing everyday life to enter the dining area. Full English breakfast was good,dual choice of cereals, fruit etc. For the price, this was pleasant accommodation. The best point, which was the purpose of the visit, is its proximity to the NEC and the airport, both only 4/5minutes away.
