Very convenient for North Downs Referrals where my dog was being a patient. Staff were very kind food was great, photos breakfast and dinner

Location

The bed. No glass in room for water. No tissues in room. Breakfast - tea in glass mug would prefer a teapot. No menu - was not offered any cereal - juice after breakfast

Location to the golf course

The room had a bad smell of drains. The reception was the bar which was somewhat of an unsavoury experience on arrival. My room wax above a n outside smoking area and I also had to endure the smell of smoke and individuals shouting on their phones at 7am

The rooms have been completely refurbished and everything works quite well. However there are a number of small teething troubles that could be improved. Needs to be a hook in the bathroom to hang your towel. The motion sensing light in the bathroom was too sensitive and came on overnight without reason. Staff are very helpful. Menu attractive We will stay again

Great shower. Comfy bed. Staff welcoming. Food met our needs, good to have options for breakfast and lunch, tasty.

Nothing. Speed of service for food especially lunch could have been quicker. However staffing for breakfast was amazing how much one person can achieve. Coped very well under pressure. Good customer interaction.

BREAKFAST WAS BEAUTIFUL AND MASSIVE. STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. THE LOCATION WAS IDEAL FOR US. BATHROOM WAS NICELY FURNISHED WITH A FANTASTIC SHOWER.

WE EXPECTED A LARGER ROOM. THE ROOM HAD NO MIRROR IN IT ONLY IN THE BATHROOM, DIFFICULT TO DO YOUR HAIR AND MAKE UP. THE KETTLE LEAD WASNT LONG ENOUGH TO REACH THE PLUG SOCKET. NO WARDROBES OR DRAWERS. WIFI AND SKY TV KEPT DROPPING OUT.

Nice and friendly staff

Room next to mine was very noisy with telly very loud kept me awake which was a shame. Lovely bar inc stafff.

The room was so comfortable and the staff were so kind! New bathroom all very clean.

Car park is a little small, but should be able to find parking locally if no spaces left.
