Beautiful building, lovely staff, excellent food. Would definitely recommend.

Food was excellent I had evening meal and breakfast. Good choice at both well prepared and presented. All the staff went out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. From reception, bar staff, kitchen staff and cleaner were all first class. I attended a funeral wake there which was extremely busy and again even with the oub being packed all the staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating. I had my assistance dog with me and this was no issue for the staff. There was at least one other dog in the busy bar area and this was also not a problem.I can praise enough and would not hesitate to recommend or stay again/

The food was excellent, and hot, both dinner and breakfast. The staff were really nice, and helpful. The log fire was a warm welcome, and the pub was buzzing and welcoming

I’ve been unable to receive an invoice for my stay despite multiple requests. This is not a suitable arrangement when staying for business purposes

It was convenient to our journey it was a little noisy but we were trying to sleep after long flight breakfast was a little disjointed and slow to be served but staff were pleasant May be needed a bit more organisation as there were only two couples to be served and only one staff member who was it appears also cooking! Parking was also difficult but staff assistance helped with this room very clean and had all facilities you might want didn’t have the evening meal so cannot comment on that

Noisy room as over back carpark and smoking area we did however sleep as just completed very long flight
