"You've found it! Great place to stay in South Shields"

After a long journey on public transport I appreciated the friendly welcome and a most comfortable clean room equipped with everything I needed. Couldn't fault this guest house. Just 10 mins walk from the Metro. Ideally placed for strolling to the beach, parks, town and eateries. Delicious breakfast just a short walk away at Peach & Pickle.

Nothing negative to say about my stay - I would thoroughly recommend and return again

The cleanliness, the attentiveness of our host,Rez . The rooms were spotless and fully equipped. Plenty of choice on the tea and coffee tray. Excellent selection of toiletries and Plenty of towels. Beautifully decorated and a very comfortable bed,. Breakfast was delicious. Overall a fantastic place to stay and we will be back again.

Nothing. It was an excellent place to stay.

Easy checking in . Fantastic location, . 10/10 for cleanliness. Easy parking . Everything you need is in the room. Nice Mod Cons. For me this is far the best B&B in shields .

Nothing I dislike about this property . That’s why I stay again and again.

Absolutely spotless. Entrance. Bedrooms and breakfast room. Very smartly decorated. Great host. Nothing was any bother. Great position for beach, park and shops.

"Disappointing"

Being close to the beach.

Asking for breakfast but was told I was unable to have one. I hadn't booked with breakfast as was my grandson who booked and wanted to decide when I arrived if I wanted it. Asked to check In for my keys at 10-11am but check in was supposed to be 2. And I felt like no one was around so made me feel uncomfortable travelling solo as a women in my 70s. Was such a shame as booked as it was a good start rating but felt totally let down.
