Cosmelenia Hotel Apartments

Ignore the negative comments about Cosmelenia we are glad we ignored the bad reviews as our stay here was amazing! Is it a 5 star hotel? No. But it isn’t priced as one either so I think the bad reviews on here are very unfair. The quality and quantity of food is exceptional (we were all inclusive) for the price that along with the service is 5 stars! Saz and Cornelia were amazing covering multiple roles between them without breaking a sweat or keeping you waiting. The rooms were cleaned everyday we could tell and we saw the staff from the pool area. It’s quiet and you never have to fight for pool longes or get up super early to put your towel on a bed. Also must mention that the pet dogs that occasionally come and say hello are adorable. We will definitely be staying at the Cosmelenia Hotel Apartments again!

This hotel is the only place I would consider staying when visiting Ayia Napa. Cornelia and the staff make the place feel like a home away from home and they aren't afraid to get involved in jokes or group fun. The pool is also a great way to start a day or to cool off. The hotel is far enough out to avoid all the hustle and bustle of central Napa but close enough that it doesn't take years to get to any destination. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone who wants somewhere relaxing and quiet to stay after full days of activity.

Stayed for a week on August. The first day we got there my boys went to the pool side and jumped in little did they know they would get told off by the hotel owner for making a splash our boys are really well behaved and all they done was jump in the pool very shocking There was another family who where drinking and eating and all bombing in the pool yet they never got told of probably because they where paying the staff extortionate prices for a cheap beer the staff are all miserable apart from the chamber maids we had to pay 50 euros a week for the aircon and it wasn’t that good very poor quality At breakfast one morning my son knocked over his orange juice and yet we wiped it up but it wasn’t replaced because we were only allowed one drink for breakfast even tho we were on half board on a evening meal u can choose what you want for desert whether u like it or not you don’t get a choice staff are all unfriendly and miserable drink were expensive for a small can of Fanta was 3 euros the bed sheets weren’t clean and only changed 1 time a week and towels 2 we definitely won’t be back A pint of lager comes in a glass that isn’t a pint

I stayed at the Cosmelenia for the second time with some friends and it was really nice to be welcomed back by Cornelia and all the staff. My room was clean and spacious and room service were around every day to freshen it up. The food was really good and Cornelia's cocktails always hit the spot. There's a bus stop outside so access into town is easy and the staff are always happy to call a taxi if needed. It's really close to the beach, waterpark and marina. Spent a lot of time around the pool on the sun loungers and there's a couple of showers dotted around so you can rinse off. Looking forward to going back again and especially seeing Cornelia who makes the holiday special for us. YES PLEASE!!!

Came as a group of friends. Staff are sociable and friendly. Staff make you feel comfortable and always have a smile on their faces. Air con did have to be paid for, but for the price of staying here it is more than decent. Pool was cleaned every night and accessible with ladders on each side, as well as a children's pool beside it. Pool and sunbed area was an amazing sun trap all day long. About a 10 min drive from the strip of central Napa so was lovely and quiet apart from the main road. Great place for families but was quiet for mid September so it was far from crowded. Would definitely recommend either as a couple, friends or as a family. Will be coming back as soon as possible for my next holiday!

Cosmelenia is our favourite place to go away. Last year we stayed here for our wedding and Cornelia did everything possible to make it special. She always greats us every morning with a coffee and gets to know you well. She always knows I hate salad and I don't need to remind her every time we order food. Definitely our go to holiday place. Can't wait to.return back

This is our third stay at the cosmelenia and it is our home away from home. It’s located close enough to Ayia Napa centre to enjoy all the restaurants but far enough away to be quieter. The staff are amazing, especially Cornelia who makes the holiday as is the main reason we return to cosmelenia every time we come to Cyprus, we have even booked to come back next year before we left!

horrible experience wouldn’t reccomend to anyone unless you want to MELT in ur sleep. NO AC IN THE rooms unless you pay for it.. absolute scam. Aswell as this the aircon only works in 1 room. There is also no free WIFI AS STATED ON THE WEBSITE. All lies. Miserable staff aswell, very unprofessional and unpleasant to be around because of their horrible attitude towards me and my family. They need to crack a smile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice and affordable place to stay and eat. Location near to Waterworld and Makronissos Beach are perfect. Staff was very nice and helpful also special mention to hotel dog Lulus :). I recommend strongly.

Excellent location. Peaceful and clean place. The rooms are cleaned every day, and there is a beautifully landscaped yard around the pool. Friendly staff. They have a wonderful dog, Lolo, who welcomes and greets guests.
