Clean and tidy room good selection of tea and coffee

Five flights of stairs, no proper sign on the front that you can see, Breakfast at another location, however not far up the hill

I didn't have breakfast, but the location was very good just 2 minutes walk to the sea front. I was very lucky to get booked in as the ferry i was going home on was cancelled at the last minute on Thursday morning. The gentleman who dealt with me was more than helpful & I would highly recommend them to anyone

There's is nothing I could fault the service was second to none, when i asked if i could get a coffee they didn't hesitate in sorting it out even though they were busy setting up the restaurant & bar . It's the little thing like that, that make all the difference

Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Quite a spacious room. Everything was clean. Very good breakfast. Some days it was a buffet, some days order from the menu, but always really good. Good location. Beach and the promenade just round the corner. Bus stop at the bottom of the road.

This is a cute room. Nice and cozy and warm when it’s cold outside. Bed was really comfy. Tv worked. Plenty of tea and coffee. Shower and towels were fabulous. Ideal location. Quiet area.

The shower gel ran out and wasn’t replaced. But minor. I could have asked for more but didn’t.
