"On the positive excellent shower and TV comfy bed and good breakfast."

Breakfast and location were ok

The bathroom was dirty and bedroom carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed for some time. No housekeeping was done during my 8 night stay other than to empty bins and change towels. Also noise from adjacent rooms.

Room was really spacious. Beautiful. Massive bed! Really nice!

No one came the following day to empty bins, refill the coffee/tea we used, nor to put clean towels, so we had nothing to drink in the morning. The kettle didn't switch off. It became extremely hot and was leaking so we swapped it with the one in the resident's lounge. There were no sweetner available in the room or restaurant. I am diabetic so I couldn't use the sugar that was provided.
