Very good breakfast and room ok but there is no way back from the way I was treated on arrival

The reception was the second worse I have ever received and I must have stayed in over 500 hotels. Rather than apologise for things not being ready, the receptionist had the temerity to blame me booking late. Her approach was arrogant, bossy, pompous and absurdly defensive. I was kept waiting in a bar for about 20 minutes so she could do things in accordance with her 'procedures', which did not make any sense. It was clear she was stressed from being left in charge of a bar and the hotel at the same time. The understaffing was dire. It was more expensive than the excellent Ascot Hotel I had stayed in the previous night. Room was small and noisy at night.

It was lovely and clean. Right location to the promenade and the bus stop...short walk to the shops

Breakfast was excellent Beds comfortable Bathroom exceptional Clean towels

One of a number of local hotels and you have to go to the main one called HQ on Empire Terrace for your breakfast and bar etc .. Collect your room key also. It wasn't a problem for me but if I was disabled it would definitely be the case. All in all a marvellous stay with cheerful staff and a well stocked bar 🍻 🍺

Bathroom was like a sauna . Strange place . When we arrived door was locked an no one there . Eventually got a call to say we were a bit further up the street . Despite that it was a nice place to stay . To be fair they did say we would be in an annexe but would have been nice to be met . Seemed very popular for breakfast

didn't have breakfast as flight was early in the morning.

The bed was to soft and felt like it leaned to one side, and I was in a bedroom above the Bar the music was loud.
