People were really friendly, room was clean and near to all amenities. Leisure centre was close by which our B&B provided free passes for that we madr the most of as it was really relaxing. Excellent stay!

The place is wonderfully managed. Mark and Jane have also prepared great tips and where to go and what to do. You must have yuor breakfast at the guest house. Not only is it wonderfully done, it is great value for money. The couple is very sensitive to your needs

Great location, equi-distant to Windermere and Bowness on Windermere, very quite/private location, hosts very knowledgeable and had gone to a lot of trouble to put together a welcome package with suggested walks/days out. Breakfast cooked to order and nothing was any bother to Jane/Mark

Comfy bed and nice breakfast. A bit too hot for us, but we’re not keen on heat. Easy walk to town.

Very good location near town, near the Windermere lake, very clean and tidy, reasonable breakfast. Owner is helpful, the room was different than what I booked, was described as standard twin room, it is twin room but not standard as other rooms . It was the only room in basement, the only dark room, the only room with bad internet and low quality bed compared with all other rooms. The owner gave me better room for 5 days for extra charge , but had to go back to this room for the last 2 days. If the room was described properly I would not have booked, otherwise good place
