Spacious room

The room was not cleaned properly on a daily basis, we have to request that house keeping come and clean up the items that were not clean. The TV in the room did not work for most of our stay and the engineer was very aggressive when we complained. Also the language barrier is a massive issue. We could not communicate our issues to the staff as they did not understand English properly.
