El Terado Terrace

It was a perfect spot that kept you close to downtown and walkable to everything but was tucked up away on the hill where it was still quiet to go home to. That being said, if you do not wish to use the public transportation to go back home be prepared to walk up the hill it is a little steep. The hotel was nice and cozy it had a comfy bed, great AC and water pressure. The wifi was also strong and steady. Our unit was upstairs; it was not one of the ones with the kitchen in it, however, we did have a mini fridge and a microwave and that was still super helpful as we were still able to get some groceries from the local Vons. We would stay here again as the price point was excellent for the amenities we had l.

The staff was not helpful and they were not in the front desk at all times . Trying to call but no answer . The day we left and there was no ride to the terminal but they did come pick us at the terminal for free . The room was full of musty smell as well . Terrible

Needs some updating, paint etc. The customer service was above and beyond helpful and accommodating!

The only thing we did not like was the hill.When we made the reservations, we did not on the hill. Other than that we have the best time ever

Five minutes from main strip; however, you have to get back up the hill to get to this hotel. Five minute walk down, 10 minute steep walk back. Food options are good, lots of great restaurants to pick from.

We were supposed to just leave our luggages and was able to check in early so that was a relief! Staff was great! Room had a fridge, microwave, stove, pots and pans, plates and cups, kcups for coffee, and a TV. Outside area has a grilling station and cute hangout spot. It was also clean! Would come back here again.

Our check in didn't come over from hotels.com, but the staff made up for it - able to accommodate us last minute in a way that worked for us (or offer to find another room at another hotel). Up the hill a little bit - amazingly quiet.

The bathroom door would get stuck so it was loud if anyone used the restroom while asleep. It was an average room for the price we paid.
