El Terado Terrace

Ivan was easy to get hold of, communicative, helpful, knowledgeable. The view was very nice (room 109) we could mini-see the cruise ships and harbor. Room had a kitchen, bbq and patio outside. Feels like a friends vacation place, not perfect but comfortable. Only 2 annoyances- squeaky bed, door had to be kicked to enter.

We had an awesome time staying at your place. The little kitchen is equipped with all the essentials one needs for cooking. There is a grill outside too. The beds are very comfy. The area is very quiet and calm.

I really wanted to love this property, even with the extremely steep climb to get there with all of our luggage. The staff was very accommodating. But unfortunately, we booked a three bedroom suite and two of those three bedrooms had no power. The breaker continued to trip so there was no air or lighting on the top level. Expedia and the hotel have yet to refund any amount to us after that. I’m extremely disappointed in both Expedia and this hotel. Having no power, no air the middle of July and absolutely no refund is completely unacceptable by both Expedia and this hotel.

We loved the full kitchen. Great view. The location was close enough to the main strip.

Like the place just seemed a bit high 450 a t night would check out other options next trip
