Very clean. Ivan always ready to help. Answered every phone call. Could not be any more thankful and happy with my stay.

The place was extremely clean and the view was magnificent

The place was great, staff was great. The price was pretty high so expectations were pretty high. My issue was the air conditioner in the rooms upstairs kept tripping the breaker, during the day staff helped and offered to send someone but i got it going and left, over night i didnt sleep at all it was hot in the room and the breaker would trip every 15 minutes after the breaker was reset. There was no windows to leave open only the sliding door, the mesh on the door was ripped so i didnt trust just leaving that door open. My kids were on the other room so i had to keep resetting the breaker. Hopefully that gets fixed soon.

I liked the property it was perfect for our family. I didnt realize it was up a hill

It is a budget friendly option if you are trying to save. However, we never once saw staff onsite. The room key was left by the front window and no one was there at checkout either. I did step on a gooey substance that stuck to my sock as soon as we walked in. As i was looking for a nightstand outlet, I noticed candy wrappers behind the nightstand. It also had a musky smell so we opened the windows. Then, our room was filled with a weed smell from I’m guessing our neighbors.

I really enjoyed our stay. I booked the townhome we were very happy with the accommodations made by the friendly staff. I will book again and let friends know. The townh9me was clean and soacious,

The power on the second floor stopped working the first night I stayed and some of the shower handles were broken when I arrived. Overall everything else was fine.
