Comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen

The front desk is not on site most of the time although it can be reached via call or text. The property is clean and quiet.

Spacious room, clean with well equipped kitchen, easy check-in.

Will not be staying at El Terado Terrace ever again. Advertise as having 24-hour front desk service. Had to call to get a person to let us into the room. Smoke/fire detector found in a drawer. Had to beg for coffee and then when finally receiving a few pods for the Keurig coffee maker...all three were decaffeinated. Check out was even worse...we had called and left a message an hour prior for pick up and check out...no one called back, we left the key in the room ~ only to receive a call an hour after we left telling us that there was only one key to the room and it was the one that was given to us (this was never mentioned when the key was given). The person that called was rude and accusing. This property is rated a minus 5 on my list!

Old, mold spots, rust on fridge, fan in bathroom not working,

Nice little place. Read the fine print of your booking details. We got off the ferry and wanted to walk through town, hotel will pay for a taxi shuttle to the hotel. However, if you don’t use that one, they will not pay for a return one. We had an issue with the outdoor lights coming into our room the first night, we texted the desk the next morning and they said they could turn it off by 10 pm thankfully. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay. I don’t recommend staying on one of the end units, you can hear the golf carts running all night.

Unique hands off stay. Close walk. Wi fi wasn’t great bug who cares.

We had an amazing room. Spacious, with a kitchen! Quick walk to everything we needed. Excellent water pressure in the showers, always a bonus
