El Terado Terrace

A bit of a wait from ship to be brought to hotel but once in our room it felt good like we were finally starting our vacation. Room was clean and the staff was very nice. We may stay here again.

We rented at room with two queen beds and a small kitchen. The the walls are a bit thin so you can hear some muffled noise of other people. Didnt bother us with the AC fan on to mask the very quiet setting. One day some guys were up at 7am talking in loud voices outside but that is par for the course. We shopped at Vons and had a nice BBQ on the upper landing. A bit of an effort walking up the hill. Rented bikes to ride to botanical garden and did a snorkel at lovers cove. Lovely place, we'd stay there again.

Light in the main room didn’t work. Neighbors came in at 2am and partied all night, unable to sleep. Called the after hours number listed on the poster out front and it did absolutely nothing.

Wonderful family stay in the two bedroom townhome! Close walk to everything everything on the island. Fit my family of 5 super comfy. Love this place!

There was no one at the desk the entire time of our stay so there was no one to ask assistance for I didn’t realize the room that I booked didn’t have a full kitchen because every picture I saw had a full kitchen
