The owner need to make sure everything work like outlet , lights in the room and the carpet need to vaccum every day

So dirty not so clean and the staff will give you the death look 2 hours before the checkout time they will stand in front of the door and will asked you a million times are you when are you leaving we are here to cleaning ugh

The curtains were torn. Some light fixtures did not work. The other lights were not very bright. Knob missing off of night stand. The refrigerator worked fine. Toilet seat loose. Thin walls allowed neighbor's TV to be heard.

Pools were not open and I was looking forward to swimming that why I choose to stay here because I stayed here before and like the pool area but I feel like I got ripped off with my money

Very dated property. Stale smoke smell remains throughout the building. Would not stay here again.

Pillows where nice

Air conditioner made a lot of noise. We didn't have to use it overnight or would have been a real issue.

Room was nice...clean,,Shower was great...the towels were big...I liked that! The Hallways,however could use some paint.

No air conditioner in the room?, Towels were stained and like rubbing sand paper on your body., Hair was in the tub had a pulled out myself to let the water drain. Drug deals in the parking lot heavy drinking in the parking Also the people doing to drinking throwing up near entrance way of building. Many more I think that's enough.
