Hotel Geneva

I booked on a site a room at this hotel 3 months in advance. The conditions of the reservation, meant that the amount would be blocked in full 3 days before the stay, having time to cancel the reservation until then. But I had the unpleasant surprise to see, that my money was blocked completely with more than a month before. The answer of the hotel was that a mistake happened and it is normal to make mistakes and they unlocked the amount. But I have been waiting for more than a week to release the money, without anything happening in this regard. My advice is, do not book large amounts at this hotel, because it does not show confidence.

The bad was broken but the Manager wanted,not just wanted, wanted is very kind, to pay for it, and we have to do it. The hotel must have at most a star, but four no, there is no security, one or two people work and make everytinh and manegers are not nice and kind, there are MANY Problems.....in hotel Geneva in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Приехали поздно вечером, около 21.00, несмотря на мероприятие в ресторане нас вполне пристойно покормили. Отлично отдохнули. Полноценный европейский завтрак. С рецепшн заказали такси, сдали ключи, расплатились и отъехали в аэропорт.

This is not a 4 * hotel. Barely 3*. Disappointing breakfast.

Everything was OK.Great breakfast.

Cozy location, 5min from public transport and 15min from the city center. The staff is very friendly and ready to assist you with everything, rooms are big and clean, hot water is nonstop, WiFi connection is with high speed. On the cons side: if you travel with car, book a parking place in advance - after 17:00 is next to impossible to find one and the options would be searching for place in the nearby streets, something that take time and lot of effort cruising.

Bello l’albergo. In una zona morta. Stanza con alcune luci non funzionanti. Servizio spa non funzionante e non dichiarato (in tal caso avremmo prenotato altrove) Fondamentalmente un 2 stelle mascherato da 4

la distanza dal centro è notevole,almeno 5 km, la pulizia lascia il tempo che trova, il bagno non ha un phone in dotazione e un set da bagno per un hotel a 4 stelle, in conclusione, è un buon hotel a 2 e mezzo di stelle

The location is pretty good if you want to stay near the bus station that goes from Sofia to Rila Monastery. There’s a tram in the main road in front of the hotel that goes right to the city centre. Breakfast was pretty decent. Room is big and clean but there’s a shared balcony with other rooms so make sure the window is locked. Overall comfortable stay

We visited this hotel on our way to seaside to take rest. It's nice hotel, big room, good breakfast. There is one king-size bed and one sofa bed. There is a lift. Staff at the reception is friendly. In the close proximity there is a small play area for kids.
