The A. Venue Hotel

This was my first stay at A-Venue and I was quite happy overall with the quality of the room. The location is excellent.

Great location

Understaffed. No assistance upon check in considering that we have a lot of bags

Comfortable and convenient

PROS: - Close to a mall with convenience store and restaurants. - Clean room and kids' pool. - Room service massage was nice. - Fast Wifi CONS: - Staff did not offer any assistance to bring luggage to room, which would have been helpful since we were traveling with 2 small kids. - VERY NOISY. We only stayed here for 1 night, but there was an outdoor festival right across the hotel that played music until midnight. We have kids and had to catch a flight the next day so it was annoying. - The rooms and 1 of the bathrooms are pretty small. No toilet paper in the other bathroom when we checked in. - One of the male receptionist LIED to me that the room service massage cost 1500 pesos but he knew somebody that would come and massage me in my room for 750 pesos. When I called the spa, it was only 1030 pesos. OVERALL: - It's ok for a night, but I wouldn't go back or stay any longer.

I booked a reservation for 4 rooms with 2 bedrooms. They send me to the other hotel next door to check in but send me back originally to the 1 that I go to. Communication and coordination. Overall I was nice to stay at the hotel. My whole family enjoyed and had fun.. hopefully next time we book here again..

Breakfast food is limited, Pool is crowded bec of the swimming lesson they had
