Walking distance to many conveniences. Nightlife just outside the building. 1 bedroom with 2 TV's and 2 A/Cs. Long elevator wait. Don't request housekeeping to turn down your room at later time as they will not return. Great. 7.5/10*

the night life and food at the markets across the road was entertaining at the markets.ever thing i needed to do was with in walking distance,the pool was quite relaxing staff very help full i will be stopping here next time i visit manila

Makati is very nice city for who loves the night life , but the A venue hotel was not very good an old building and old furniture not very clean . Next time will try IM hotel.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay in Makati, close to malls and SM super Mary!

Booked on a 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette, but they checked us in in a 2br without the kitchenette. We called the FD and said they dont have a room with kitchenette.

Most disgusting hotel. cockroaches all over the hotel including in the bed. no hot water. feels like you in slum. staff is too rude.

The first 2br suite we were shown was dirty and had stains on the sofa, missing parts in the toilet. We asked for a change and got led to another room in an older block but it was like almost 4 hours later. The room was a little cleaner. The wall mounted ac in the bedrooms made noise throughout the night that it kept us awake. The maintenance guy said that was just how it is. Toilet choked on our 3rd day of stay. Skip the breakfast altogether as its unappetising and overpriced. Good thing there is a Coffee Bean within 5 minutes! Bring your own towels and room diffuser. There was some cookout going on and it's almost everyday and strong greasy smell along the corridor .. so you'll need your own room diffuser. They use a strong synthetic air freshner at the hotel lobby. I will not stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good area The only downsides were Music from AVenue mall /market can be loud buts over by 11 And the floor in bathroom was wet But staff are friendly and helpful Rooms spacious and well maintained
