Staff were very friendly, excellent service but the room looks so old and very dusty. Furniture needs upgrade and room needs to be dusted in a daily basis

There is a supermarket right beside perfect and convienient to stay here will definitely come back

1 bedroom is very comfy and presentable. Location is amazing being next to A.Venue, malls, and restaurants. Economically priced. Not a 4-star hotel. Needs better amenities and service. At best a 3.5-star hotel. Housekeeping is terrible. Stayed 5 nights and my room was turned down twice! Elevator wait is horrendous. Doormen are torn between guests and residents. Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting but speed and availability is good considering the infrastructure in the Philippines.

This hotel is bad, the internet don't work, they change my room the internet still same don't work. The breakfast is bad and very expensive for the area. I lorsnoits lots money because internet don't work.

They put me in room next to room being worked on. All I hear was hammering at 8am until 5pm. I called front desk and they did not try to stop loud hammering being done next door or try to put me in quiet room away from noise. Ruined my stay there. Staff did not help with luggage or even tell me where restaurant was in hotel. Also had to get late check out due to flight. They charged me 2k pesos and didn't care about my complaints with loud noise.

They put me in a room that was next to a room that was being remodeled. Non stop hammering from 8am onwards. Called the front desk and they act like they don't know what's going on. Then when they figure out the room next door is being worked on they don't let me take another room, they do nothing. Nobody cares. Key cards stop working every once in a while so be prepared for going down to have them fix. Never again
