Very old hotel but ok for the price. Very noisy at night.

None...I will not come back. I will not book again to this hotel ever again

Good service

The hotel has 3 towers, so be sure which you’re booking. It’s easy to get confused. I stayed in a suite in the Serenity tower, which basically means there’s a separate living area that also includes a small kitchenette area. It was clean and functional and what’s referred to as “compact” - in other words, small. But for the price it was a good value. The location is close to plenty of restaurants and shops and a 7-11 is right next door. Aside from how small the space was my only issue was the elevators. There are only 2 or 3 (one is a service elevator that was only available periodically) servicing 35 floors, so be prepared to wait a bit. Otherwise, I had no complaints and it was a good value.

Nothing water for Showerfreezing. Pool water Freezing. Concierge vert unhelpful. Lazy? Hallways stank enough to make me sick and stifling hot. Room stunk Enough to Make Me sick elevators stank. Please refund my money.

Amazing place to stay , safe, comfortable, clean, close to a lot of food places.

I would like to lodge a formal complaint about our stay at the A.Venue Hotel. I would like to get a full refund of the amount I paid for this reservation. The hotel was so outdated, the shelves and kitchen cabinets were falling apart, the bathrooms were very mouldy and smelly. The whole hotel was smelly. The furniture were also falling apart. The electrical appliances were not regularly tested for safety. Hazards all over the room. It was certainly not worth the money I paid for. Please see attached photos for the room we stayed at.

WHEN I GOT THERE THE HOTEL ROOM HAD A BAD SMELL, SO I COMPLAINT THEY CHANGE THE ROOM FOR ME. ALSO THEY ONLY MAKE THE BED, BUT THEY DONT CHANGE THE SHEET. ALSO SAW ROACHES.
