The A. Venue Hotel

Room was average with less space. Breakfast was awful with temporary space being used for the guests and minimal menu. Really need to upgrade the breakfast option else should not offer the same

Everything was good

The staff of reception was very bad.we ask some help to call us a taxi but they just ignored us and we waiting for 2 hours before we get the taxi by my self.and there is one man staff who'd very arrogant and he never help us.this is the worse hotel that I've been.

Rooms are small than i expect but the service is ok

The buildings appear very dated on the outside. The room was fairly modern. WiFi was spotty in the first room so I had them relocate me to another. The room was cleaned daily. Air-conditioning both in the bedroom and in the living room area. Shower had hot water. The hotel requires a 3000 peso deposit at the time you register. All-in-all it was a pleasant stay.

Is fairly nice. Decent location. My door was not closed durning cleaning by staff and all my stuff could have been stolen. Called hotel and was not apologetic but fixed door. If cheap I would recommend but if not go elsewhere

My wife need towels and request for it they give her dirty towel from the pool area.

The place is better than expected. Good value for money

When we first got there - we were put into a room that we registered for. As is typical - the room did not match up to the pictures - smaller than appeared and few outlets. When we woke the next day - we were awakened by construction. The staff WAS great and moved us to the Serenity Tower. THAT room was move of a 4 star quality. The mini suite was nice - the only thing I would say is that they are really really skimpy on towels! Good location - close to 7/11 stores and good restaurants.... the A Mall is there but even better is the Century Mall around the corner. My sense is that their Suite tower is more like 5 star suites Serenity seems more like 4 star While the other rooms are 3 star or lower. Staff was friendly - we didn't sign up for breakfast there - which was fine - really good restaurants in the area.
