Convinient and great staff specially housekeeping staff.

Curtains broken. Lobby and elevator has a bad smell. Units are old.

The internet was down the entire stay we were there - 5 days causing me to run up an enormous international data bill. The breakfast buffet was so so at best. A little pricey for what the rooms actually were. Hallways were always hot and humid before getting to the room. I opted for another hotel when I went back to Manila two weeks later and I'll do the same on my next trip out too

Decent stay

Because I love the hospitality, I went ahead and extended my stay to this nice, well cleaned and maintained 5star A Ok hotel! The staff are friendly and I didn't have any problem with anyone which is amazing! Oh ya it close to everything i.e. restaurants, shops and transportation! Thank you for such excellent experience! I will come back and stay here again!

Loved the view from our room which is the pool area. Clean facilities, quiet place. Overall, I would definitely recommend and may probably go back

AC in the room was dripping with water. There was a cockroach roaming around the kitchen that i had to chase and kill. Toilet was not flushing. Just terrible condition.

Room is good. Prefer a bathtub breakfast is very poor with very little choice. Internet is only average like that it has two tvs Prefer king size beds . Paid much less to hotel as against what last minute. Com charged when I extended my stay This was very surprising as I thought you would give a better dealevan

1. Bad plumbing, no outside call (first day). They should check that everything is working fine. 2. Wifi had bad connection & tech support was slow in restoring/responding to calls. 3. Cleaning guy should not knock at the door if there is "do not disturb sign". Then he does not wait for me to open the door but just used his key and get into the room. 4. Coffee maker, ice bucket, iron/ironing board should be available in every room. 5. Lacks enough wash clothes (face towels) 6. Bed is hard and pillows are worn out. 7. Refrigerator is almost worn out. The freezer was not defrost. 8. Good location to restaurants, grocery stores, and has safety deposit box.

Once again I returned to my favorite Makati area hotel. All was great as usual! However, the only downfall was the shower! It needs a good scrubbing as mold is starting form between the shower tiles!
