Perfektní kuchyně, šéfkuchař Ardi je doopravdy mistr! Místo je krásné, pláže jsou čisté, člověk si užije džungli i civilizaci. Personál byl velmi milý a nápomocný, pomohl vyřešit jakýkoliv problém! Můžeme rozhodně doporučit!

Sehr außergewöhnlicher Service zu jeder Zeit, sehr saubere Unterkunft und sehr gutes Essen.

This resort was serene, romantic, and private. Everyone always says the people are great but in this case I can easily say they are exceptional at Kelapa Resort. We’ve travelled all over Asia and I can honestly say this was the best experience we’ve had.

This is a magical place and one of the best resorts I have been to! The staff was so attentive and went above and beyond with every request. They surprised me with a song for my birthday and booked a car for everything we asked. They always had little extra treats and surprises which was a delight. It was more than 5 star. The rooms are modern and gorgeous. The hotel is not too big and not too small, it's just right. The food was delicious and they had a very deep menu. Full disclosure, Kelapa is far from the airport and traffic is atrocious. When we arrived, it was raining and it took almost 4 hours to arrive, but it was absolutely worth it. I really can't say enough good things about them, this was just a stellar resort experience. This is easily the most romantic hotel I've ever visited.

The hotel can't control this but the drive time to get there is just terrible.

Literally everything! The villas are exceptionally! Really beautiful and comfortable! The pool is really nice temperature and size! The bed was super comfy too! All perfect! The restaurant is really good! They swap breakfast between buffet and menu, which we really liked to mix things up. The food was amazing and has a good choice of different cuisines. The spa provides everything you need to relax and makes you feel really comfortable and welcome, calm and looked after. The options of different massages are good too. Overall the staff was amazing! Everybody was super nice, lovely and helpful. Really trying to make us having the best time! Last but not least....the beach is just amazing! You can walk multiple kilometres up and down the beach being all by yourself and having amazing views in the mornings but especially in the evening with stunning sunsets!! We will definitely come back!! It's perfect to end your Bali stay with a quiet, relaxing place like Kelapa, away from all the hustle and business! Thank you again to everybody who made this so special for us!

Really nothing!!

Ein Ort der Ruhe, der Erholung oder einfach nur mal wieder den Akku füllen. ….. um das gleich im Vorfeld zu klären. Werden hier keine Personen bzw. Mitarbeiter der Unterkunft namentlich erwähnen bzw. hervorheben. Da dies unserer Meinung nach, nicht allen und das waren sehr viele, die daran beteiligt waren, gerecht werden würde. Alle ohne Ausnahme haben hier dazu beigetragen, dass wir mit Ihnen gemeinsam an diesem wunderschönen Ort einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen durften. Wir werden bestimmt, wann auch immer, wieder an diesen schönen, traumhaften, erholsamen Ort der Ruhe zurückkehren. Natürlich werden viele die lange Anreise (aus Deutschland, Frankfurt) scheuen, wir haben im Vorfeld auch darüber diskutiert. Aber letztendlich hat sich jede Stunde der Anreise gelohnt, sodass wir diese immer wieder auf uns nehmen würden. STRAND: Ist ein Traum. Man kann lange Spaziergänge machen, ohne auch nur irgendeinem Menschen zu begegnen. Vormittags und Nachmittags laufen ist also Pflicht. Ev. trifft man einheimische Fischer (mit Netzen und Angeln bewaffnet) am Strand. Interessant zu beobachten. Es sind keine Strandschuhe erforderlich, der Strand ist sehr sauber. Man kann sehr weit ins Meer (flach abfallend) hinausgehen und mit den Wellen spielen. Es gibt absolut nichts, wo man hineintreten könnte. Auch waren keine Fische oder sonstiges zu sehen. Ideal auch für Kinder (natürlich unter Aufsicht). Der breite Strand lädt ein zu allerlei Aktivitäten. Ebenso waren Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten. RESTAURANT: Obwohl wir im Vorfeld etwas skeptisch waren ( sind nicht gerade alles Esser), wurden wir vom Gegenteil überrascht. Sehr schönes Restaurant was zum Verweilen einlädt, mit traumhaften Aussichten auf Strand und Meer. In der angebotenen Menükarte am Abend bzw. Morgens am Buffet wurden wir immer fündig. Ausreichend und sehr reichhaltig. Vor allem auch was die Qualität und das Anrichten der Speisen betrifft, einfach sehr gut. Auch über den Tag gab es jeder Zeit
