Amazing landscape, the ocean view is spectacular! Exceptional friendly staff every from reception, room service, restaurant, spa & others. The room is massive & full of amenities.

Zeer mooi en goed onderhouden hotel. Vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Restaurant is erg goed, zeker de Balinese rijsttafel is een aanrader. De (gratis) kookworkshop was erg informatief.

Plage exceptionnelle et calme avec aucun autre hôtel à proximité. Le complexe est magnifique, très calme avec un super personnel et les villas sont très confortables, intimes. Superbe ! Le village à côté est petit mais sans touristes et accueillant.

Nous avons parlé des lits avec le management qui nous apporté des oreillers moins épais et plus souple. Les lits pourraient être plus confortables mais sont très bien quand même.

We liked the location, as it was quite remote and surrounded by nature, with great sunset views over the ocean. The food, especially at breakfast, was really delicious, and the menus offered plenty of variety, even for vegetarians. The ocean is truly beautiful, and you can always sense its force. Although the currents are very strong and you cannot swim, you can still enjoy the waves. However, we were able to compensate to some extent by swimming in our villa pool, which was quite large. We really enjoyed the massage sessions we had, including the healing treatment by Heni, and the feel and sound of the ocean was a bonus. The village trekking tour was also a nice touch.

Housekeeping still has work to do to ensure a pleasant stay, such as checking toiletry supplies, removing used plates, emptying waste bins, and at the very least locking the door when leaving the villa. We were unpleasantly surprised by the quality of the towels in the room. At times, the beach was shockingly full of litter. While we understand that the currents were bringing it in, it is expected that staff maintain a clean beach regularly. The most unpleasant experience, however, relates to the way reviews appear to be obtained. Tourists are offered a free massage session in exchange for leaving a review, which the hotel staff then checks before the massage session is booked. This inevitably causes misrepresentation by encouraging biased positive reviews, misleading future guests, as was the case for us. We tried diplomatically to avoid responding to this practice, but we felt pressured to do so. We did not do it, yet this experience left an unpleasant shadow over our stay.

Wir hatten erst eine Beachvilla mit Blick auf den Ozean ❤️ Da es uns so gut gefallen hatte, haben wir weitere 3 Nächte verlängert und sind noch in den Genuss gekommen in eine Gartenvilla umzuziehen , welche privater wirkte da rundherum durch den Dschungel umringt u mit einem privaten Pool ausgestattet war, in welchen man direkt vom Bett aus hineinspringen konnte!! Natur pur Grandiose Architektur Speziell auch besonders positiv waren die Massagen im Spabereich direkt am Ozean welcher die Kulisse so perfekt abrundete Die Yoga Stunde am frühen Morgen direkt am Ozean und dem Rauschen des Meeres war einzigartig Der schwarze Strand ist einfach ein Traum und die Angelegenheit trug zur vollsten Erholung bei ❤️

Alles toll! :) Etwas abgeschiedene, sehr ruhige Lage (was unser Wunsch war - daher für uns perfekt). Schöner Strand, sehr, sehr tolles Zimmer! Sehr sauber. Die Anlange und der Garten waren auch sehr schön! Auch das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Immer wieder gern! :)

Eine Kleinigkeit - wir hatten einen Ausflug über das Hotel gebucht (super Ausflug - auch zu empfehlen). Leider war keine Lunchbox vegetarisch, da ich auch bei den Abendmenüs vegetarisch gegessen habe, hätte das auffallen sollen oder abgefragt werden müssen. Aber wie gesagt, das ist eine Kleinigkeit und als Tipp zu verstehen. :)

Hotel jest polozony z dala od centrow turystycznych, ale w niczym to nie przeszkadza: są tu idealne warunki do wypoczynku, a dodatkowo codziennie organizowane są (gratis) jakieś zajęcia, podczas naszego pobytu byla to joga, nauka gotowania czy wycieczka do pobliskiej wioski. Obsluga jest przemila, jedzenie pyszne (koniecznie zamow sok mango do sniadania!), ogrod przepiekny, masaze w spa relaksuja...raj na ziemi. I po raz pierwszy spotkalismy sie z tak aktywnym poszukiwaniem informacji zwrotnej od Gości: codziennie pytano nas, czy wszystko ok, na ile jestesmy zadowoleni z pobytu i czy cos bysmy zmienili/poprawili. I bylo to bardzo autentyczne
