Surrounded by nature and very beautiful Hacienda.

The place need renovation, toilet not working for days. Paid for best room but it was substandard in my opinion.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Idyllisch mitten im Dschungel gelegen, perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Chichen Itzá, Mérida, Valladolid und Izamal. Unsere Suite war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, der Garten ist ein Traum. Der Pool liegt inmitten von Palmen. Das Essen war sehr gut, sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen.

"Sensationelles Gesamtkunstwerk mit Geschichte und Toplage."

Residieren auf höchstem Niveau! Was für ein Gesamtkunstwerk!! Und das zu solch einem Preis! Danke das es so etwas noch gibt!!! Dezente aber herzliche Freundlichkeit der Angestellten, Naturerlebnis@itsbest, Abends beim Abendessen Dschungelgeräusche (nicht aufdringlich), perfekte Speisen und Getränkequalität, 5 min. mit dem Auto zum P vom Weltwunder und der Ik Kil Cenote, geografisch perfekte Lage als Basis um Yucatán zu bereisen, einfach toll!!!!

Das ich leider drei Nächte im Hyatt Central in Playa del Carmen und nicht hier gebucht habe, weil ich aufgrund der online verfügbaren Bilder und Videos nicht abschätzen konnte wie großartig die Hacienda in Realität ist.

What an incredible place! My husbands Great Great Grandfather was Edward H Thompson. He once owned the Hacienda and Chichen Itza. It was incredible to go back and visit such a historic location with amazing family ties to it! The food was the best we had in Mexico and the gardens and grounds were incredible!
