Beautiful hotel surrounded by nature and archeology. Everyone was kind and helpful! Food was delicious, shower nice and hot, beds and pillows comfy! 100% recommend!

Przede wszystkim bajeczny, tropikalny ogród. Domki są od siebie odizolowane, także ma się poczucie odosobnienia i wypoczynku w środku dżungli. Delikatna gra świateł w ogrodzie podsyca efekt. Szpaler palm przy tarasie restauracyjnym powala na kolana. Domki czyste, schludne. Generalnie to, czego człowiek potrzebuje w miejscu będącym bazą wypadową do Chitzen Itza. No właśnie: nie do pobicia jest położenie. 5 minut samochodem od Chitzen Itza. Chcesz uniknąć tłumów, żeby stawić się rano u bram miasta - to miejsce jest idealne na nocleg. Personel: przemiły i uczynny. Ze względu na pobyt z dziećmi poprosiliśmy o prywatny taras i w ciągu 10 minut pan w recepcji załatwił wszystko. Przemili kelnerzy. Wspaniały personel sprzątający, robiący cuda z ręczników na łóżkach.

Generalnie wszystko było jak w największym porządku, można przyczepić się tylko do kilku szczegółów: - brak czajnika w pokoju (ale była kawiarka), - przy przepięknym basenie przydałby się jakiś mini bar, - toalety w pokojach mogłyby nie mieć pół otwartego sufitu (na pozostałą część pokoju). Nasze dania podczas kolacji były wszystkie przesolone, ale może to był tylko wypadek przy pracy, ponieważ przy śniadaniu było wszystko ok. Komary - jest ich dużo, ale przyjeżdżając do dżungli musisz się z tym liczyć.

Lovely hotel, obviously a cut above some I’d stayed at in Mexico. Staff were very helpful, the grounds are immaculate. Guests cannot. really easily eat anywhere else and so we ate here twice. As a captive audience, expect to pay UK/US prices for any meals. The layout consists of a beautiful Hacienda styled building where rooms are located around the central building in the private gardens. The hotel had a beautiful pool and when I stayed it wasn’t crowded at all. The meals were very tasty and high standard. I’d stay here again.

Our visit to the Hacienda Chichen with our two teenage children was exceptional, truly marvelous. The staff, each level, was professional, kind and - when needed - super informative. The site is beautiful, the pool a delight. Food delicious. We would return again in a heartbeat.

Very nice and quiet place in a jungle, just 5 minutes drive from Chichen Itza. Beautiful park and big organic garden, where they get most of their fruits and veggies. Very friendly staff. Nice pool. Small private houses.

Litle bit expencive, but deffinately worth visiting.
