Hacienda Chichen Resort and Yaxkin Spa

We were amazed as we drove up to this stunning property. As we checked in our concierge, Adrian, was there to greet us with fresh squeezed mandarin juice and fresh fruit from their garden. He introduced us to the property and confirmed our dinner reservations and massage appointments. We walked through the lovely gardens and sat on our secluded porch before dinner. Our meal was delicious and innovative, very large portions and reasonably priced. The hotel holds so much history and culture, the staff seem to really take pride in the property. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, which was decorated in authentic Mexican style surrounded by lush tropical landscape. It was great having Chichén Itza Ruins so close by, we were able to arrive prior to the tour busses. We would love to come back and would highly recommend at least a 2 night stay here.

Food good but overpriced.

Le restaurant et la piscine. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. La quiétude du lieu et sa proximité du site archéologique.

L'emplacement est parfait pour passer la nuit avant ou après avoir visité Chichen Itza, nous avions une voiture de location. L'hôtel n'est pas loin du site archéologique, à rejoindre en voiture. L'hotel est magnifique niché dans un merveilleux parcs très soignés et calmes. Très belle piscine. Gardiennage à l'entrée. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et décorées avec beaucoup de gout d'artisanat local. La literie parfaite ainsi que la climatisation. la chambre dispose d'un frigo. Le restaurant est très bon, la nourriture y est raffinée et le service très professionnel et stylé, voir spectaculaire en ce qui concerne les crêpes flambées, à ne pas rater.

Le service excellent,la cuisine aussi. L'emplacement est merveilleux.

Pas de balustrade dans les escaliers en pierre et marches hautes et irrégulières. Pas de balustrade pour entrer et sortir de la piscine. J'ai 70 ans et des soucis de genoux. Pas adapté du tout. La douche n:a pas de poignée non plus.....dommage!

Todo! La ubicación, el bungalow, la comida, el jardín, la piscina, los edificios de la hacienda, la amabilidad, el bosque alrededor.

Todo me gustó. Viajo mucho y es de los mejores hoteles en que estado. Un sólo detalle: No tenían información actualizada del espectáculo de luces de Chichen Itza, y nos lo perdimos por eso.

Struttura eccezionale, super affascinante e immersa nella selva. Ci è piaciuto tutto: la camera grande e dotata di ogni comfort, il bagno gigantesco con accappatoi e molti asciugamani, il patio esterno, il servizio impeccabile, lo shop, ma soprattutto la piscina: grande, scenografica e tenuta benissimo. Ottimo anche il ristorante, comodo soprattutto per la sera dato che in zona non ci sono molti ristoranti.

Direi nulla, tutto perfetto. Però devo mettere in guardia chi soffre di aracnofobia (come me) che ci sono parecchi ragni, comprese tarantole, dato che l'hotel è nel mezzo della selva. Io ho tenuto duro e, nonostante, questo inconveniente, tornerei a soggiornare in questo hotel, ma è comunque una cosa da tenere in conto.

Fantastic secluded locale minutes away from Chichén Itzá and the Ik Kil cenote; the hacienda style lodging offers individualized personal space away from other clients. The pool is an excellent amenity that is open late into the evening that allows for a dark evening swim under the palm trees and the stars. Service staff is friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The hotel cuisine is top notch with a solid quality/quantity/price ratio. Highly recommended if a visit to Chichén Itzá on your own time and dime is in your plans.

I cannot think of anything that I did not like about our stay.
