An absolutely fantastic place — full of energy, soul, and authenticity that modern hotels simply can’t offer. If you’re looking for a genuine connection with history, nature, and people, you will find it here. There are no TVs or flashy gadgets, and that’s exactly what makes this place so magical. Everything was spotless and beautifully cared for — the garden well-kept and in harmony with nature. I felt like I was in paradise, and a little bit like a time traveler — in a place where nature embraces you, as long as you respect it in return. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. And Adrian — what a wonderful soul — he brings this hacienda to life with love and dedication. His energy and passion make this place truly special. This accommodation is not for everyone — if you prefer ultra-modern resort comfort, it might not be your style. But for those who seek authenticity, peace, and a deep connection with nature and people, this is true luxury. The rooms were clean and fresh (no humidity smell), beds very comfortable, 1L of water provided daily, delicious restaurant meals, hot water, and a beautifully maintained garden. Everything you need is here — just in a more meaningful way. 💚 A rare gem that deserves to be cherished and preserved.

Very good location to visit Chichen Itza, beautiful surroundings, great pool, good food. It was very quiet and we were only two couples in the whole hotel as it was off season. The food is good and the employees were friendly (we were there off season). The cook agreeed to prepare glutenfree pancakes with gf flour I brought, which was great.

This place amazed us with its unique aura and authenticity. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with great warmth. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The food is excellent! A special thanks to the administrator Adrian, who shared fascinating stories about the history of the place and took us on an early morning magical tour, showing the most mysterious corners of the hocienda. If you value harmony, beautiful nature, organic food, and a touch of magic, this is exactly the right place! And it’s only a 10-minute drive from Chichen Itza.

Food was very good, the pool was amazing and the staff were super friendly. Adrian even showed us some artwork by a local artist that was not open to the public. We had a wonderful stay here and the gardens and the main house are beautiful. You can stroll through the property to check out many historical sites, like a church and an orchard and there are many varieties of birds. A short trip to Valladolid and plenty of cenotes nearby. The best part is that you can go to Chichén Itza early before the tour busses get there.

The room was a bit musty, but once we turned on the AC it seemed to dissipate.

The hacienda is beaufifully embedded in old forest/jungle, well maintained. The bungalows are modern and well equipped. The food was great, however priced at the higher end of range. The Pool was huge, one of the biggest on our roundtrip and also nicely surrounded by the trees.

lots of house rules :) .. one of them I didn't like was that it is forbidden to bring any kind of food/drinks. I have not seen such rule in other hotels, and I think it's also unnecessary and just causes reluctance. If the food is good guest will eat & drink anyway in the hotel (also due to missing alternatives / walk in restaurants)

A small but comfortable and thoughtful place. The eco tourism is welcome and had really nice food options. Breakfast is good and fresh. The prices are a little more western but overall reasonable. Location is amazing for chichen Itzá meaning you can get there before the crowds

Було неймовірно гарно, територія готелю величезна, ми так і не знайшли, де вона закінчується. Поряд з номером були джунглі, через що кожного ранку можна було зі скляного панорамного вікна номеру дивитися на тваринок. Дуже чисто, більше всього боялася, що в номер можуть потрапляти комахи, але всі вікна із сіткою. Славнозвісна піраміда Кукулькана знаходиться буквально через дорогу, поряд є продуктові магазини, до яких можна доїхати за 3 хвилини, якщо ви з машиною.
