All staff are beru friendly & very helpful. Really impress me so much. The hotel surrounding is so beautiful and green. Love it so much...many outdoor activities for kids. My daughters really comfy stay & play at the hotel

Stunning views, fantastic service! The staff obviously take pride in their work. Everyone here will note your every need and go above and beyond; to not just meet but exceed your expectations. Knowing that we have an early morning flight, they even packed some light breakfast for us to eat at the airport since we will be missing their usual fantastic spread in the morning. The free activities offered are comprehensive and there is always something for every age. We went on the morning nature walk and the guide took us off the beaten path - with such breathtaking views you cannot find anywhere else. Well worth the money. I cannot gush enough about this place!! We will definitely be back!!

Excellent service, great breakfast options, beautiful view. This place is great for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the traffic and city area. A classy hotel fully packed with great service, amenities and activities! 10/10 would come again!

Fantastic Hotel, fantastic staff, delicious food. I couldn't think of anything more I wanted. Checked out in the morning but didn't have flight until late in the evening and they provided me with a shower in the evening before dinner. Thank you for making my life easier on the road. And last but not least the view from the dining room is breathtaking.

Best hotel I stayed in ever

Inflexible front desk manager, poor toilet condition, spoilt safe, tap and light bulb, not enough towel for our family of 4 with kids, and toiletries are just average, room is very small , cannot even put an additional bed , room toilet looks old with stains, and lobby toilet also needs to be changed...

Exceeded our expectations with its impeccable services and attentive staff. Facilities, food and activities up to five stars standards.
