Padma Hotel Bandung

We stayed in the Gallery Suite for 3 nights. The hotel staff were very friendly and service was fast. The view is spectacular and there were children activities in the morning and evening. The hotel is showing some wear and tear but still acceptable. Breakfast area is pretty crowded. Food was good.

The staffs are always ready to help when we are in need. On our last night of stay, my daughter was down with fever and required a fever strip in order to have a good sleep. Not only did they bring us the strip but on their own initiative they also brought her the fever medicine. We are thankful for their attention and concern. The housekeeper who cleaned up our room were so nice to provide us a clothe hanger when they realized that we were using a string to hang our swimwear to dry. I would like to commend on Mr Julio of Padma Hotel who went all way out to serve us. He also carried out whatever request we had on the transportation for sight seeing and also ensured that the free shuttle to bring us to and from the airport were arranged accordingly. We would once again want to thank all the staffs of Padma Hotel for making our stay a memorable one.

Service staffs are too prideful to work there in the service industry. Facility is beutiful for leisure, nature and relaxation.

Padma Hotel has excellent service. The staff are all friendly, always greeting guests whenever we walked past them. Any reasonable request made were attended to almost immediately. The heated pool was one of the highlights. As well as the restaurant. I thought my booking had only breakfast as part of the package; apparently there was an-inclusive afternoon tea time buffet as well!

Very good view. Service is excellent. However one set back is mosquitoes may sneek easily into yr room if u r too slow to close the door. Good location.

Great hotel for families. The kids activities are amazing and sure to be a huge success among the kids! The staff is well trained and very friendly. I'd given this hotel a 4 star rating if it weren't for the following issues: 1. The Spa is a nightmare. Its just a very simple set up with no charm and only provides one sort of massage (no other spa treatments available). The therapists are highly untrained and in my case were totally uninterested in doing their job. A hotel like this should have excellent Spa facilities. 2. The cleanliness of the bathroom is below level. 3. The rooms are very small. There is pretty much space for a bed and thats it. 4. The restaurant has fabulous food and a good breakfast buffet but there are numerous dishes that are not of high quality. Thumb of rule: go for the Asian dishes. I'm not sold on this hotel and will be trying out other options for me and my 5 year old daughter the next time we visit Bandung.

Amazing location just slightly off the city. Traffic to city is terrible during peak hours though.

Excellent staff. We were cordially received. Showed us to our room. The staff would call to remind you of closing breakfast time. They always greeted you with a smile and were accommodating to client needs.
