Padma Hotel Bandung

The setting of the hotel is fabulous, the staff very helpful (even when i was a bit grumpy), the food pretty good. I found the bed very comfortable but felt that the hotel was getting a little tired - eg most of the upholstery and cushions were a bit spotty as was the carpet in our room. Bandung itself I found interesting but the traffic is horrendous!!

great hotel, great breakfast, great facilities. I stayed at this hotel with my wife and son. and I really enjoy staying here. you don't need to go out this hotel offer you a lot of activities to do

We had a lovely 2 days at Padma.. the best part was the view from the restaurant- very serene. Lots of fun activities for the kids- bunnies, nature trail, flying fox etc. Loved the afternoon tea and snacks concept- havent seen that offered often..restaurant service for dinner was also very attentive..overall great and relaxing experience- didnt feel the need to really leave the hotel-if u are looking for a relaxed stay in Bandung - highly recommended!!!

Stayed in Padma for 4 nights with my family. Every staff that we came into contact with were friendly and most helpful. Special thanks to Eka for the recommendations on places to visit, restaurants to try, and getting our bathrooms' mats changed expeditiously. Hotel has great view and facilities were generally well maintained. The heated pool was nice given the somewhat cool weather. There was also karaoke, flying fox, yoga, trekking, etc. The breakfast spread was quite good and tasty. The rooms we had were comfortable. However, the bathrooms' mats had some mildew and could definitely be cleaner. Overall, very satisfied with the hotel.

The suite room was alright but at the time we were there, there were too many kids running around which makes it feel more like a family resort rather than the exclusive resort I expected. Maybe it's just me. The servicing staff were helpful and polite.

Lovely Staff. They are your biggest asset. Eka,Akbar,Angung,Mirza and many more were were amazing and attentive. They were sincere in their service. Really had a wonderful time because of them. Room needs an update. Bathtub was deep but no grab bars to safely get out. Shower needs a bigger toiletry holder. Toilet was too narrow. Carpet needs to be replaced. Downlights were shining straight into the eyes.

Service was superb. The staff were very attentive and thoughtful. I was ill and they gave me over the counter medication and a bottle of water. They asked after me when they saw me the next day. They called the room at the end of day to check if I needed housekeeping to clean the room as I had the do not disturb sign at the door the whole day. I was just glad that I fell ill on the day of my check-in to this hotel. I would not have rested as comfortably if I had been ill during my stay in any of the 3 hotels that I stayed in earlier the week.
