Excelente ubicación, ubicado en el centro de la ciudad a poca distancia de las principales atracciones turísticas históricas y museos de la Capital. Su personal de recepción muy amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudar en todas las peticiones y dudas. Estuvimos hospedados en dos habitaciones diferentes la 814 con vista a la calle de Merced de la cual tuvimos que pedir cambio pues esta calle de Merced es sumamente ruidosa; esta habitación también requiere mantenimiento pues esta algo maltratada y un poco sucia. Fuimos cambiados a la 819 supertranquila y sin ruido pues tiene vista interior, mucho mejor mantenida y limpia. Las habitaciones cuentan con refrigerador, cocina y aunque pequeñas son muy confortables

Chileapart is a very convenient place for tourists. Rooms are very comfortable. Chileapart location in Santiago's center was the most important thing for me. Also there is a Supermarket downstairs.

Super, muy bueno en todo sentido. Higiénico, expedito, confiable. Absolutamente recomendable. Excelente equilibrio precio/calidad.

Localização excelente, é perto de tudo, e tem um supermercado do lado, recepção super receptiva, nos auxiliou em tudo, recomendo para todos...

Katastrofa, na recepcii nik nehovori po anglicky, teda vôbec, hotel nie je označený na fasáde zvonka, taxikár ho hľadal pol hodinu a trikrát sme prešli okolo, recepcia na 8. poschodí, otvorená len občas a nemá napísané otváracie hodiny, netušíte kedy tam niekto bude, neposkytujú zmenárenské služby. Postele na kolieskach, pri každom pohybe sa presúvala s vami po izbe, polovica svetiel nefungovala, druhá polovica len matne, nedalo sa čítať, dosť špinavé a neudržiavané. Plus je umiestnenie v centre blízko Plaza de Armas a pomerne nízka cena. Pod hotelom je veľké nákupné centrum.

The hotel is located close to plenty of restaurants and places to go. You must speak the language since there is no staff there to help you with anything in English. There are people that live there that have animals and they are very noisy at very early hours.

We only stay one night as stopped over when we off the ship and on to cuzco peru. the apartment are at a very central location only 5 minutes to plaza de Armas. Its clean and spacious for us. Only negative was it located on the mainstreet very noisy at night. Over all its a great apartment.

Overall nice room and staff. Not a traditional hotel room but still daily service. Check in was pleasant and the ladies let us check in early and leave our bags after check out. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was a bit small but adequate with a great shower! Only complaint was the portable AC unit didn't stay hooked up, hose kept falling out of the window making the room very warm upon our return. This happened daily and usually in the middle of the night! Great location! Would stay again.
