Belles Artes Apartments

We really enjoyed the location as it was centrally located and reasonably close to everything - Plaza de Armas, Bella Vista, Barrio Lastaria, Metros, etc. The rooms are good size apartments spread out over 3 buildings with in the same apartment complex. Other agencies rent other apartments with in the same buildings. We had trouble locating the "office" because the building staff gave us directions to building B and there is no 619 in it. And in building A, there is not a ChileApart.com sign on the door of 619. While the apartment was not spotless, it was clean and roomy. There is a supermercado next door for easy grocery shopping and plenty of restaurants with in walking distance.

Check in muy expedito, habia un sobre con mi nombre en la porteria del edificio (NO ES UN HOTEL, SON DEPARTAMENTOS AMOBLADOS) donde venia una clave numerica para la chapa electronica del depa, una clave para WIFI y el numero de estacionamiento asignado. Despues de eso no hay que hablar nada con nadie ni dejar llaves ni pagar nada, te vas y cierars la puerta y listo, muy cómodo eso. El Depa es chico pero suficiente, vista a una pared. Creo que para solo alojar esta muy bien, para "estar" debe ser fome por cero vistas y sin A/C. Estacionamientos y accesos operativos las 24 horas.

Las habitaciones estan bien , hay todo para estar comodos. La lompieza es mediocre ya q hay demasiados departamentos y siempre estan con mucha gente. La ubicacion muy buena, hay de todo, rstaurantes, museos, subte para ir a los shoppings!!!

Trata-se de um apartamento, bastante utilizado por estudantes, entretanto, não havia festas ou barulho. A cama é confortável. Recomendável para quem precisa ficar por poucos dias em viagens a negócios.

O apartamento em si é bem estruturado, com uma boa cozinha, o que nos facilitou pois preparamos nosso café da manhã. O que deixou a desejar foi o conforto da cama, muito macia, demoramos a nos acostumar, e a limpeza do quarto/banheiro não é muito boa. As toalhas são velhas. O que é bom é o silêncio, a localização e o preço. O quarto possui aquecedor, mas nem foi preciso, pois mantém o calor.

Nice and cozy room with convenience. If I have a chance to visit Chile, I want to stay here again.

The apartments are inside a large block with security at the front gate. They are a good size for two but three would be a push! Has what you need and are clean. Very slow internet though, it struggled to load a page. Great location for tourists as you are within walking distance to many places. But most apartments are in Santiago. However, the apartments are on a busy road, with thin glass doors facing therefore extremely loud all day and night. Staff were not helpful or friendly but I think this was because I only speak a little Spanish which they seemed annoyed about. Very unhelpful regarding early check in.
