Belles Artes Apartments

My stay was pleasant even though the location was far from family gatherings. Taxi and public transportation was plenty just in front of the building and, metro station just a few blocks away. Very good cleaning service provided daily by the hotel and courteous as well as accommodating hotel personnel. No the best residential neighborhood in Santiago but a great location near business and cultural places to enjoy, including parks and historical places with a great view of the city from the top even while you do your laundry.

The place is comfortable, have all facilities that you need (kitchen, furniture, dishes, etc). A supermarket is located next to the building where the apartment is located. There are a lot of metro and bus stations nearby.

Great value for the money. Great location, close to public transport. Staff very personable and approachable. Clean. Next to a grocery store.

Great facilities and location. Unlike most accommodation, this place has cooking facilities, which is great considering there's a supermarket on the ground floor. We really liked this. The locks are all keypad, so there's no check out/key drop which is really convenient. The only criticism I have for this place is the flexibility of the staff to accommodate an early check in. While most places are usually pretty flexible with their check-in times, these guys are very strict with their 2pm check-in. We arrived at 8am after an overnight flight and waited until 2.15pm before checking in. It wasn't so bad as we just walked around the city etc, but it would have been nice to check in around 12 if possible.

Location of hotel is very good. You can reach most of the attractions bu walking. Staff very helpfull. Room is comfortable. But reception is in diiferent place not at the enterance of building. You should look for it.

Arrived after "office hours" to be met by surly security guards who spoke no English and after shouting "PASSPORT" handed us a note with apartment door code and "rules and regulations" sheet. Apartment was totally nothing like the photos and descriptions. There's essentially no difference in the size or layouts of these apartments despite paying a premium for "Executive" apartments (we asked to see them). Apartments are dark, dingy and claustrophobic. We found the bathroom sink and tub filled with hair and grime. Used bobby pins grounded into the carpet. Despite the ad, there is no breakfast nor is there an open in-door pool. This place is NOT worth the price at US$100+ per day.

Great apartment. Very clean and modern. Friendly staff. These are apartments in a residential block. So security at the front gate will send you too the Chileapart reception, which is an apt in Tower A. Also a good location in the city. Supermarket next door too.

The hotel is well located, walking distance to the main plaza and to the hill Santa Lucia. We also walked to one of the recommended neighborhoods with restaurants (Barrio Lastarria). We felt like locals as we explored. The main plaza (Plaza de Armas) is under renovation, but we enjoyed the church and the museum. It is a small apartment, so if you are staying for more than one night, it's good to know that there is a good size grocery story practically next door. The streets tended to be a bit noisy, but we enjoyed the exuberance of the fans when the local soccer team won (Colo Colo). It's not your fancy hotel chain, but certainly good value for the price. There are no signs on the street , so be sure to know the address. Also, there are no restaurants nearby open before 10:00 am on a Sunday morning.

Very happy with this apartment so close to Cerro Santa Lucia Park and Santiago Center. The Lider store was just a few doors away for any food needs.

I booked this hotel in a hurry, on my phone, and tapped on the wrong month. Thankfully, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and we were able to get an apartment even though we were one month early as per our reservation. The apartment was nice and clean, and the location couldn't be better (there's even a small supermarket next door). If you want to feel at home while in Santiago, this is the place.
